Andrew Masters, Simon Christiansen's right hand man. His "PRM" card reflects Andrew's position as administering order through the way of The Book. He sends out his troops to do any work needed, whatever that may entail. In his "OP" version, Andrew is more brash, but able to confront and tear down his enemies with a single blow. This allows him to remain in any Star System, seeking out enemies of Earth.
