FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Third World Games Gives Fans and Retailers a Sneak Peek of Their Newest Card
Game, Portable Adventures, at Gen Con Indy 2003, Booth 444

Westminster, CA - July 16, 2003 - Third World Games, Inc. allows fans and
retailers an exclusive "sneak-peek" preview of Portable Adventures at booth
444 at Gen Con Indy: July 24 - 27, 2003. Portable Adventures is a new
non-collectable card game system, and will be released in August 2003. Each
set, Lair of the Rat King, and 8th Grade, will feature 60 cards, a two-page
rule sheet and four dice with a MSRP of $12.95.

Each game features characters, items, events, and adventures; players need a
certain number of adventure points to win the game. Dan Smith, Origins Award
nominated designer of Battle of the Bands, is the creator of Portable
Adventures. He comments, "The unique strengths of the Portable Adventures
line is the combination of different decks within the game system; players
can play the decks separately or they can shuffle all their cards together
and get a wild new game!"

Third World Games is inviting everyone attending Gen Con to visit booth 444
to get an overview of the game and a demonstration on how the game is
played. Fans are encouraged to purchase the game weeks before it appears on
retailer's shelves while retailers (with a business card) demonstrating the
game can get a copy of it to take back to their store for promotional
purposes.

In addition, everyone stopping by the booth at Gen Con can still receive
demonstrations of and purchase other Third World Games products including
Battle of the Bands, the Testimony of Jacob Hollow and Firestorm.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CCG Workshop Licenses The Testimony of Jacob Hollow from Third World Games,
Inc.

Hanover, MD - November 17, 2003 - CCG Workshop has licensed the Testimony of
Jacob Hollow From Third World Games, Inc. for online play. This traditional
card game was released March 2003, and will soon be available to play on CCG
Workshop's website.

The Testimony of Jacob Hollow allows up to 6 players to take the role of an
investigator exploring the town of Castle Bay. Players try and avoid
spirits, fiends and abominations while trying to gain investigation points
to further their quest in solving the mystery of the town. Players need to
balance both their "Mind" and "Life" statistics, as if either of them reach
0, then they are out of the game!

Ed Mittelstedt, CCG Workshop Owner and Core Developer says, "We have now
licensed two fantastic products from Third World Games. Testimony of Jacob
Hollow is a game like no other in this genre. It's a card game that has ties
to the Resident Evil or Silent Hill line of games for the consoles - a
creepy atmosphere, lots of exploring, and facing monstrosities you wouldn't
wish on your worst enemy! We are so excited to get it online that we started
development before it was even announced!"

Michael Nickoloff, Chief Operating Officer of Third World Games says, "We
are happy with Portable Adventures (our first online licensed game) and CCG
Workshop, so it seemed like a natural fit to license this game to them as
well! Eager fans will be able to play The Testimony of Jacob Hollow with
others all around the world and at any time!"

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Third World Games, Inc. Allows Players to Control the Book of the Dead in
Tom Jolly's Necromaster
Westminster, CA - March 29, 2004 - Third World Games, Inc. announces the
publishing of Necromaster, a traditional card game designed by industry
great, Tom Jolly.

Necromaster is played with 60 cards, a set of special counters (included in
the box), and a PVC tray to hold all of the components. Established artists
Jeremy Dale and Levon Jihanian have uniquely illustrated each card.

In Necromaster, players summon creatures from a graveyard by playing a
Necromancer. Each turn, a player may play card from their hand (raising a
new creature). In addition, each creature can either get a 'dead point',
which can translate into 'willpower', or can attack another creature on the
board (to slow opponents down). Three willpower points allows a player to
control the Book of the Dead and he or she wins the game!

Frank Bustamante, Chief Executive Officer of Third World Games, Inc. says,
"Tom Jolly has designed another winning game! Like Wiz-War, Necromaster
allows players to pursue their own strategies to control the Book of the
Dead while sending other creatures after those controlled by opponents.
These game-play elements are trademarks of Tom Jolly's games."

Necromaster will be available in hobby gaming retail stores worldwide in
August 2004. Product code: 3WG0350. Ages 12 & up. Games last between 20 & 40
minutes. Retail price: TBD.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Third World Games, Inc. and SMIF Ink. Announce Two New Portable Adventures
Sets
Westminster, CA - March 29, 2004 - Adding to the wildly popular Portable
Adventures line of traditional games, Third World Games, Inc. announces two
new sets: Iron Maidens & Firestorm.

Iron Maidens features Dr. Neurotica and the band of her evil clones, the
Iron Maidens. Players play a specific spy; their job is to infiltrate the
Maidens, sneak into Dr. Neurotica's moonbase and stop her before she takes
over the world. This set's theme is taken from the popular James Bond and
Austin Powers spy movies.

Industry game designer, Michael Nickoloff, created the Firestorm set. This
science fiction-themed set features the evil, power hungry Muero and their
unrelentless attacks on the peaceful Soven. The Human race along with the
noble Dysori join both sides in order to stop the conflict. This set
features a new "Stuff" card: Ships. These cards give a bonus to all
characters in a player's group! In addition, Ships are featured during
Adventures; however, they can get wounded and discarded as well! Players
will have to balance the risk of having a powerful ship in their group with
the possibility of it being destroyed in an Adventure and damaging all of
his or her characters.

Famed Battle of the Bands designer, Dan Smith, created the Portable
Adventures line in 2003. In this game, players control a "ME" character that
represents the leader of their group as they go though the game on different
adventures. Players add other characters to their group, give them
genre-specific stuff cards and can play encounter cards during adventures.
At the end of each adventure, the group with the highest total wins the
adventure and takes control it; only seven adventure points are needed to
win a game!

All sets are completely compatible with each other and the rules transfer
from one set to another. Each set comes with various different ways to play
the game and to combine sets for a unique experience!

Portable Adventures Sets 03 & 04 will be available in hobby gaming retail
stores worldwide in December 2004. Product codes: 3WG0304 & 3WG0306. Ages 12
& up. Games last between 30 & 45 minutes. Retail price: $12.95.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Third World Games, Inc. and SMIF Ink. Announce Battle of the Bands: Encore
Edition
Westminster, CA - March 29, 2004 - Fans have been clamoring for an encore -
we have listened! Battle of the Bands: Encore Edition is much more than a
reprint of the sold-out basic set; it's a whole new game!

The Encore Edition has 120 cards: 15 new cards including 10 never seen
before anywhere! The box also comes with four dice and a PVC tray to hold
both your Encore and Backstage Pass cards! We pass our cost savings along to
our customers as well: the game comes in a larger box and retails for
$17.95.

Battle of the Bands is a traditional card game for 2 to 4 players. Each
person assumes the role of a "ME" character; this card represents themselves
as they front their own band as they try and make it big! Players add other
band members to their group, from the powerful, "The King?" to the wacky,
"Empress Hole Punch". Each player competes in gigs against the other players
at the table - Monkey wrenches and guest stars add to the mix. The player
with the highest band total after the audience approval wins the gig and a
certain number of "Superstar Points". Eight Superstar Points wins the game
in a four-person game.

Frank Bustamante, Chief Executive Officer of Third World Games, Inc.
comments, "We are excited to print a new version of the game! New fans will
be able to jump right into the excitement with this base set. Our existing

plays the same way twice!"
