December!

Westminster, CA – December 2, 2003 – Third World Games, Inc. welcomes the
huge hobby gaming convention, Gen Con, to the Anaheim Convention Center from
December 11 through 14, 2003.

Visit Booth 109 for Game Demonstrations
Stop by during the weekend to the exhibitor’s hall to get a demo of any of
our Origins Award Nominated games including Battle of the Bands, Firestorm,
The Testimony of Jacob Hollow, and our newest game line: Portable
Adventures.
All attendees that demo one of our games will receive a Limited Edition
Battle of the Bands button! (see below)

No Sales Tax
As a way of saying thanks to our loyal Southern California fans, we will not
charge sales tax during the entire convention! In addition, our products
will be discounted just in time for the holidays!

Free Button!
Any convention attendee that mentions this press release, our ad in the
program guide or receives a demonstration of one of our games will receive
their choice of one Limited Edition Battle of the Bands Button! These unique
buttons allow you to show off your favorite character such as Mortisha, and
Fella or sayings like, “Big in Japan!” and “Lead Kazoo Player” (While

Sneak Preview Social Play
All the fun involved in social play and all players get to see cards that
are currently in playtesting or that will be printed in a future set!
Everyone is on equal ground; will you be savvy enough to use the new cards
to help you win your game? Social play is an informal setting to learn your
new favorite game! Rules can be taught, but these are fun-filled games for
anyone needing a quick break! Multiple games of Battle of the Bands, The
Testimony of Jacob Hollow and Portable Adventures will be played during the
2-hour time slot.

Portable Adventures: Designer's Challenge!
Come play Portable Adventures with TWGI design team members. Please come
prepared to play the game (get a demo beforehand at our booth, or play in a
Social Play event earlier in the convention) as we will assume all players
will know the rules. Games will feature a combined LotRK & 8G decks, and it
will be up to players if they want to include additional playtest decks!
